SHORT TERM RENTAL MANAGEMENT
Maximize your profit & family time, allow us to coordinate your bookings, cleaning & much more! We charge a standard flat rate of 20% per booking and nothing additional. Our cleaning team works 7 days a week! We handle all coordination of cleaning your rental, lawn/snow removal, and are on call 24/7 for the guests!
Our property bookings will be listed on major booking websites, including VRBO, AIRBNB, BOOKING.COM & more! Our booking system is completely customizable and as a homeowner you will have access to all booking calendars!
We use the latest technology and tools to ensure your property is profitable. Our pricing tools reflex market trends and comparable rentals in your specific area. This maximizes your profit by knowing when to charge a higher price in times there is a greater demand. We use professional photography/videography to showcase your property & market on many platforms!
